DELIVERY


Delivery of goods is free of charge for order value above HRK 200.00 for the Republic of Croatia, while for orders less than HRK 200.00 the delivery cost is HRK 28.00.

We are sending you a courier service to your doorstep and is most often delivered to DPD at 8am to 4pm. We are unable to influence the exact time at which delivery will take place, because it depends on the courier service schedule, but if you have specific delivery desires, we will certainly try to meet you.

For orders and payments received on working day until 12.00 hours delivery is usually done the same day, and for those received after 12.00 hours the delivery is usually done the next working day. The goods will be sent after the payment is visible on our giro account.

When the goods are delivered, the buyer is obliged to inspect the goods and to check whether the goods are delivered without physical damage and by signing the invoice, the buyer waives subsequent complaints on this basis. The buyer is not obligated to take over the goods with physical damage. In case of hidden damage (inside the product, external damage under the packaging ...) the buyer is obliged to preserve the original packaging for checking the same, in the part of the resulting physical damage. If it is found that the packaging is damaged on the part where the product is damaged, the complaint will not be taken into account because the damage should be noted when picking up the goods.

Delivery outside the borders of Croatia

Shipping to countries outside Croatia is charged regardless of purchase amount. The delivery cost to countries outside of Croatia depends on several factors, will be highlighted when making the order and the only one is valid.


Delivery price for Slovenia: 4 euros for packages up to 5 kg, up to max 25 euros for packages up to 50 kg.

Delivery cost for other countries: depends on the weight of the package and is clearly defined when ordering.
 

In case the address is delivered outside the EU, we will additionally calculate the costs of the export customs clearance that will be highlighted in the offer.

Note: upon receipt of the shipment you may be liable for customs and administration depending on the values ​​and laws of the country where you receive the package. We do not cover these costs and we can not match them, so please inquire beforehand in the relevant departments so that there is no misunderstanding on the receipt of the shipment.
