PRIZE CONTEST “Vape Day”

Article

ORGANZER
The competition is organized and hosted by: Medicpro d.o.o., Carinarski odvojak 4, 40000 Čakovec, OIB: 87488264639, hereinafter referred to as: the Organizer.

Article 2

DURATION, PURPOSE AND LOCATION OF THE COMPETITION

The competition is held for the purpose of promoting the Organizer. The competition starts on May 28, 2023 and ends on May 30, 2023 at 11:59 PM, and is applicable to the European Union. The sponsor of the prize is the Organizer.

Article 3

PROMOTION AREA

Promotional materials will be available on the website www.juicedoctor.eu and in the JuiceDoctor Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/1747332088874939.

Article 4

PRIZE DETERMINED BY ORGANIZER
In the prize competition, 10 people will be awarded with a Flavortech Solo Pro black vape device.

Prizes will be awarded after the completion of the competition.

The prize cannot be exchanged for money, other products or services.

Article 5

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

The right to participate in the competition is granted to all physical persons who accept these rules and are registered on the Facebook social network www.facebook.com, except for members of the Organizer and their close families (parents, spouses, children, sisters and brothers). Participants of the competition must be at least 18 years old.

If, upon selection of the winner, it is determined that a person is not eligible to participate in the prize competition based on these Rules or did not complete everything required within the prize competition, the specified winner will be replaced by another winner.

Article 6

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION
In order to participate in the contest, you need to go to the Organizer’s JuiceDoctor Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/1747332088874939.

In the post related to „Vape Day“ contest, invite a current or future vaper to the group and tag him in the comment of the post.

Participants who complete all the required steps until May 30, 2023 (11:59 PM) will be considered. Subsequent comments will not be accepted and will not be taken into account when awarding the prize.

Article 7

SELECTING THE WINNER
Winners will be drawn random via a third party random number system.

The prize wins a person drawn through a third system for randomly selecting numbers and a person tagged by the winner.

Article 8

HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE

The winner of the prize will be notified within the JuiceDoctor Facebook group on May 31, 2023, and further communication will be continued through email.

The winner must contact us via email at support@juicedoctor.eu within 3 days of the end of the contest and leave their personal information (name, address, email and mobile number) for the delivery of the prize. The prize will be delivered by courier service.

The winner who does not timely contact us by email forfeits the right to the prize and it will not be distributed.

A participant in the contest can win a prize only once, regardless of the number of comments or the number of people tagged in the comment.

Article 9

PARTICIPANTS IN THE CONTEST
Participants in the contest cannot demand prizes in larger quantities or other prizes than those specified in these Rules by the Organizer. By participating in the contest, participants accept and confirm that they are aware of the rights and obligations under these Rules.

Article 10

PUBLICITY
By participating in this contest, participants agree that if they become prize winners, their image and name may be published and used in digital marketing without compensation from the Organizer.

Article 11

ANNOUNCING THE WINNER
The name of the prize winner will be announced on May 31, 2023 in the JuiceDoctor Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/1747332088874939.

Article 12

MINORS PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST
Minors cannot participate in the contest.

Article 13:

ERRORS AND IRREGULAR SUBMISSIONS
Incorrect or incomplete contest applications are invalid and do not give the right to any prize. It will be considered that the participant has not respected the contest rules, and the Organizer has the right to prohibit participation in the contest at any time to that participant. The Organizer is not responsible for lost applications.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify individual participants in the contest if there are justified reasons including: manipulation, fraud, violation of participation conditions, negative posts on social networks and forums directed at the Organizer, its customers or other participants and any other reason that, in the Organizer’s opinion, affects the fairness of the competition itself.

Article 14

IN CASE OF DISPUTE
In case of a dispute between the Organizer and the participant of the competition, the court in Čakovec is in charge.

Article 15

POSSIBILITY OF TERMINATING THE COMPETITION
The competition can be terminated only in the case of circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible or could not avoid, prevent or remedy. Participants will be informed of the termination of the competition via the JuiceDoctor Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/1747332088874939.

Article 16

MODIFICATIONS TO THE COMPETITION RULES
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the rules of the competition, and all competition participants will be promptly informed via the JuiceDoctor Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/1747332088874939.

If a participant continues to participate in the competition, it means that they accept the modifications to the competition rules and agree to them.

NOTE

This Competition is not associated with the Facebook social network in any way. Facebook does not sponsor or promote it. The personal data you provide solely for the purpose of full functionality of this competition are not given to Facebook but to the company Medicpro d.o.o. We would like to remind you that Facebook is a public space, therefore, the publication of any content (including photos) may represent an invasion of privacy of the participants of the competition, as well as third parties.

Considering that the prize competition is held on the Facebook social network, which is not owned by the Organizer, each participant of the competition is obliged to follow the guidelines and rules of using the Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/policies_center/pages_groups_events).

If competition participants publish any content (including photos) on the Facebook page, our website, other social networks or forums, we will consider that they voluntarily published it and the company Medicpro d.o.o. is not responsible for the content, nor for the abuse of such content by third parties.

We will consider that if participants have published any content in the JuiceDoctor Facebook group (including messages, comments, photos, any personal data, etc.) and on our website, they have all the necessary permissions to publish such content. By publishing such content, participants of the competition give permission for the use of all published content for marketing and any other commercial purposes by the Organizer of the competition and also renounce all material and any other rights that may eventually belong to them on that basis.

Article 18

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION
By participating in the “Vape Day” prize contest, each participant agrees that, based on the Organizer’s legitimate interest, public announce in the Facebook group JuiceDoctor https://www.facebook.com/groups/1747332088874939 his personal data, including the first name and surname, or the nickname of the Participant’s profile that is registered on the Facebook page, if he becomes a winner in the prize competition.

All personal data obtained from the participants of the contest will be protected in accordance with Article 18 of these Rules, in accordance with the general acts of the Contest Organizer and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law. The Organizer is the controller of the processing of the personal data of the contest participants and winners. Participants in the contest can contact the Organizer with any questions, objections or comments regarding the processing of their personal data at the address: support@juicedoctor.eu.

The personal data collected for the purpose of participating in the “Vaper Day” contest are the first name and surname of the participant, the address of residence, telephone number, email address and the first name and surname or nickname of the participant’s profile registered on the Facebook page. The contest Organizer processes the personal data of the participants in order to register the participant in the contest and establish contact with the winners. The legal basis for processing personal data arises from the consent for processing personal data that the contest participant gave by participating in the contest and accepting the rules of this contest.

Contest participants have the right to access their personal data, correct incorrect personal data and delete personal data. You can withdraw your consent for processing personal data by sending a statement with the following content: “I withdraw my consent for the processing of my personal data that I gave you for the purpose of participating in the Vaper Day contest.” Send the statement via email to support@juicedoctor.eu. If you withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data for the purpose of participating in the “Vaper Day” contest, it will be considered that you have renounced participation in the contest.

The Organizer processes personal data in a secure manner that is in compliance with applicable legal regulations and protects your data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
