Terms and conditions for the purchase and use of gift cards

The Juice Doctor brand and the website https://juicedoctor.eu/ are the property of Medicpro d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Seller). In these Terms of Use, the Seller sets out the conditions, rights and obligations that the Seller and the Buyer mutually have when buying/selling gift cards in the entire process of ordering, payment, shipping, delivery and possible returns and complaints, i.e. termination of the contract for goods purchased through the Seller’s online shop.

The gift cards serves as a means of payment for the products sold in the web shop https://juicedoctor.eu/. The gift card can be used only in its entirety, i.e. for one order (it cannot be divided among several purchases) and cannot be combined with other discount codes. It is not possible to exchange gift cards for cash, nor is it possible to receive the money difference from the remaining amount of the card.

If the gift card is damaged, lost or stolen, the Seller is not obliged to pay compensation to the owner of the card. Cancellation of a stolen or lost gift card cannot be requested and the Seller is not responsible for the loss of the gift card. The obligation of the Seller ends at the moment when the gift card expires, when the Seller accepts the gift card as a means of payment or when the gift card becomes invalid due to any of the circumstances mentioned in these Terms and conditions.

The gift card is valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. If the Seller determines that the validity of the gift card has expired, the Seller may reject the gift card regardless of the available amount of the gift card. The amount of the card will be cancelled and cannot be used for purchases, and it is not possible to request a refund for the unused amount. Apart from the expiration of the card, the Seller can also reject the card if it is fake.

We reserve the right to cancel the card if we determine that payment for the card has not been made by the time the order is placed with the card itself.

If you use the gift card, the shipping costs will not be deducted from the value of the gift card. If the amount of the order is less than HRK 200,00, the shipping costs will be charged additionally.

By activating or using the gift card, the user of the gift card is deemed to be familiar with these Terms and conditions and to accept and understand them.

How to buy a gift card?

You can buy a gift card by adding the card with the desired amount to the shopping cart by clicking on the Add to cart button. Then go to the shopping cart by clicking on the green Cart button or the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner.

When you have reached the shopping cart, click on the Proceed to checkout button. You will now be at the checkout where you can choose to send the gift card to your email address or to the email address of the person you want to give the gift card to. If you want to send a gift card to yourself, select the Send to me option. If you want to give a gift card to another person, select the Gift to someone else option. If you select the Gift to someone else option, 2 small windows will open where you will need to enter the recipient’s email address in the first window and write the desired message in the second window (for example, a birthday card).

After you have selected and filled in the above fields, you can select the payment method. You can pay for a gift card in the following ways:

by payment to a business account – if you make a payment to the account, the gift card will be delivered after receiving the payment confirmation
by cash on delivery – the gift card becomes valid after we have registered the payment of the invoice at the time of collection of the product
by card payment – the card will be delivered immediately.

When you have chosen your preferred payment method, click the Place order button to complete your order.

How to use a gift card?

If you would like to use the gift card, you can do so by clicking on the coupon received in your email or by entering the code from the email into the shopping cart.

When you enter the code from the email, you will need to enter it into the Coupon field in the shopping cart and click the Apply coupon button.
