Delivery
Delivery to EU countries other than Croatia and Slovenia is suspended until further notice.
Do not place orders and payments for other countries. Refunds will be charged 1,00€ fee.
All orders placed with invalid address will be cancelled.
We send the goods by courier service in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Delivery Services, and it is most often delivered by In Time or DPD between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm. We are not able to influence the exact time when the delivery will be made because it depends on the schedule of the courier service, but if you have special wishes regarding the delivery, we will certainly try to meet them.
Delivery of goods by In Time delivery service within the Republic of Croatia is free of charge for the value of the order above € 40.00, while for orders less than € 40.00 the delivery cost will be calculated in the cart.
Delivery of goods by DPD delivery service within the Republic of Croatia is free of charge for the value of the order above € 50.00, while for orders less than € 50.00 the delivery cost will be calculated in the cart.
Delivery of goods by GLS delivery service within the Republic of Croatia is free of charge for the value of the order above € 60.00, while for orders less than € 60.00 the delivery cost will be calculated in the cart.
For orders and payments received on working days before 12.00 hours, delivery is usually made on the same day, and for those received after 12.00 hours, delivery is usually made on the next working day. The goods are sent after the payment is visible on our business account.
When delivering the goods, the buyer is obliged to inspect the goods and check whether the goods were delivered without physical damage. By signing the invoice, the buyer waives any subsequent complaints on this basis. The buyer is not obliged to take over the goods with physical damage. In case of hidden damage (inside the product, external damage under the packaging…) the buyer is obliged to preserve the original packaging for it to be checked. If it is established that the packaging is damaged in the part where the product is damaged, the complaint will not be accepted because the damage should have been noticed when taking over the goods.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE BORDERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA
Delivery to countries outside the Republic of Croatia is charged regardless of the amount of purchase. The price of delivery to countries outside the Republic of Croatia depends on several factors, so it will be highlighted when making an order or in the cart and as such is valid.
The delivery price for Slovenia will be calculated and stated during the execution of the order, ie in the cart.
The delivery price for other EU countries depends on the weight of the package and will be calculated and stated when ordering or in the cart.
In case the delivery address is outside the EU, we additionally calculate the costs of export customs clearance, which will be highlighted in the order.
Note: upon receipt of the shipment, you may be charged for import customs duties and administrative costs depending on the value and the laws of the country where you receive the package. We do not cover the stated costs and we cannot be responsible for them, so we ask you to inquire about this in advance with the competent services so that there is no misunderstanding when receiving the shipment.
