Medicpro d.o.o. from Čakovec, Carinarski odvojak 4, Croatia, PID: 87488264639 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) undertakes to protect the buyer’s personal data, by collecting only the necessary, basic information about customers/users that is necessary to fulfill our obligations; informs customers how is collected data used, and regularly gives customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not to remove their name from the lists used for marketing campaigns.

All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees and business partners who need this data to do their job. All Medicpro employees and business partners are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy.

We collect and use your personal data for the purpose of order processing, sale agreement, delivery of goods, processing of personal data for our own records and statistics, sending promotional materials, informing about products and services to improve customer relations and for verification and authorization when paying by credit card, to the extent and time necessary to achieve this purpose in each case.

What kind of personal data do we collect and how long do we keep them?

By registering on the website, you give your consent to the processing of your data. The customer will be asked to provide certain personal information, which includes name, address, email, phone number, password, and username.

Newsletter and other information can also be received by customers on the basis of a legitimate interest. Notices and newsletters can contain information about promotional product prices, offers, current information about products, trends, and surveys to find out how satisfied you are with your purchase.

We also collect the above personal information on the basis of the consent shown to you in the form of a pop-up window on www.juicedoctor.eu or on the basis of a legitimate interest. The latter only in the vase of cookies that are necessary for the functionality of www.juicedoctor.eu.

When picking up the goods in person at the company’s headquarters, the Seller will ask the takeover of the goods for certain information about the buyer or personal data such as name and surname.

If you communicate with us (send an inquiry about the product) via the contact form, we collect the content of the communication of your information that contains your name, email, and phone number.

We guarantee that we do not make your email address and other data available to third parties and individuals without your consent, as this is contrary to our privacy policy. Insight by the authorized services of the executive state authority of the Republic of Croatia is excluded from the above, for the purpose of investigative actions based on a valid court order to person the service, and protect the interests of the buyer and Seller and prevent possible abuse.

The seller is not responsible for accidental error or error due to force majeure, or other objective circumstances that cause an accidental breach of the guaranteed protection of your data, but guarantees that the error will be eliminated, if possible, as soon as possible. We adhere to legal guidelines to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of your personal information, but we cannot guarantee that any of the personal information we collect will never be accidentally disclosed, contrary to the provisions of this Privacy Policy. This refers to hacker attacks and illegal data collection over which we have no influence. Therefore, we exclude the liability for any damage caused to users or third parties by accidental disclosure of your personal data, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Processing of personal data when paying by credit and debit cards

The seller on the juicedoctor.eu website allows customers to pay by credit and debit cards. When paying, the customer is required to enter data for activating payments via Corvus Pay (card payments service provider). For this purpose, the personal data of the customer (name and last name, address, card data) are temporarily stored by Corvus Pay, which stores this data in accordance with the PCI DSS certification, which represents the highest level of protection and preservation of confidential data.

The seller also allows payment via the SaltPay payment getaway. When paying with SaltPay, the customer is required to enter card details.

The seller does not dispose of, collect, or process the data entered for the purpose of processing and charging the card at any time.

Access and deletion of your personal information

You can request access to the given personal data that we store in our database, their correction, subsequently withdraw the given consents (partially or fully), and request that we delete your personal data.
