Payment methods

Payment methods for Croatian customers:

Card payment is possible. Supported cards: credit and debit cards, MasterCard®, Maestro®, Visa and Diners.

The goods may be collected from our warehouse after you have received notification that we have received full payment for the goods and that all products are ready for delivery, which means that such an order must be paid in advance by payment to a business account or card. It is also possible to pay in cash when picking up the goods.

When paying by cash on delivery, payment must be made in cash directly to the courier. With this method of payment, we charge a fee of 1,25€ for Croatia and 3,31€ for Slovenia.

Conversion statement for foreign customers:

All payments will be made in €. The amount charged to your credit card account will be converted to your local currency at the rate of your credit card issuer.
